03. Purpose of the Website
Nuanthem is a creative music studio and music library offering original music, curated tracks and music-related services for brands, agencies, artists, audiovisual productions and creative projects.
The website allows users to discover Nuanthem’s work, browse music, contact the studio, and, where available, purchase or request licenses for selected tracks.
04. Intellectual Property
All content available on this website, including but not limited to music, sound recordings, compositions, texts, images, logos, videos, graphics, design elements, track descriptions and website structure, is protected by intellectual property laws.
Unless expressly authorized in writing by Nuanthem, no element of the website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, broadcast, sold, licensed, or used for any commercial or non-commercial purpose.
Purchasing, downloading or accessing a track does not transfer ownership of the music, composition, sound recording, master rights, publishing rights, moral rights or any related intellectual property rights.
Only the rights expressly granted under the applicable license are granted to the user.
05. Music Licenses
Any use of music available through Nuanthem requires a valid license. A license grants limited usage rights only, according to the license type selected or the specific agreement confirmed in writing.
Depending on the license purchased or agreed upon, the user may be granted rights to synchronize and use a track in a specific project, media, territory, duration, platform or campaign.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, a Nuanthem license does not include:
- resale, redistribution or sublicensing of the track;
- use of the track as a standalone music product;
- registration of the track with any content identification system;
- claiming authorship or ownership of the composition or master recording;
- use in a way that suggests endorsement by Nuanthem, the composer or rights holder without prior written approval;
- use for political, hateful, illegal, defamatory, pornographic or misleading content;
- modification, sampling or incorporation of the track into a new musical work for commercial release, unless expressly authorized.
For advertising campaigns, broadcast usage, paid media, sensitive brand contexts, large-scale usage, custom edits, exclusivity, or any usage not clearly covered by the selected license, users must contact Nuanthem before using the music.
06. License Types
Nuanthem may offer several license types, including Basic, Premium, Premium Plus and Exclusive licenses. Each license grants different usage rights, file formats, deliverables and exclusivity conditions.
The detailed license options, pricing structure and usage conditions are presented on the dedicated Pricing & Licensing page.
View Pricing & LicensingNon-exclusive licenses allow Nuanthem to continue licensing the same track to other clients. Exclusive use is only granted when expressly confirmed in writing by Nuanthem, and may require a separate quote, invoice or agreement.
Stems are only included when expressly stated in the selected license or confirmed by Nuanthem. Availability of stems may vary depending on the track.
07. Orders, Prices & Payment
Prices displayed on the website are indicated in euros. They may be shown including or excluding VAT depending on the information displayed at checkout.
Nuanthem reserves the right to modify its prices and license offers at any time. The applicable price and license terms are those displayed or agreed upon at the time of order.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. Access to downloadable files or licenses may be provided only after full payment has been received or validated.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as WooPayments, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other available payment methods.
Invoices may be issued electronically.
08. Digital Products, Downloads & Refund Policy
The music, files and licenses offered on this website are digital products and/or services delivered electronically.
Because these products are intangible and may be accessed, downloaded or used immediately after purchase, no physical return is possible.
For consumers, the legal right of withdrawal may apply for a period of 14 days, unless the customer has expressly agreed to immediate access or delivery of the digital content and acknowledged that this results in the waiver of the right of withdrawal.
Once a track, file, license or digital content has been made available, accessed, downloaded or delivered with the customer’s agreement, the order is considered final and non-refundable, except in the event of a proven technical issue preventing access to the purchased content.
For any issue regarding an order or download, please contact: hello@nuanthem.com.
